On June 14, 2023, the Louis Fullerton Jr. Lodge voted to reestablish a death benefit for active members, retroactive to January 1, 2023. The Tennessee State Lodge suspended the payment of a $1,000.00 benefit effective December 31, 2022. Our local lodge has voted to provide a death benefit of $1,250.00 for each active member in good standing who has been an active member for 1 year proceeding their death.
It is important that you make sure that we have an updated address for you, an updated beneficiary and their current address. We will be required to pay the benefit to the person currently listed as your beneficiary or if that person is deceased or no one is listed, to your estate.
